Symbiosis as a general phenomenon in organisations is perhaps a ‘problem’ that concerns us all. Reciprocity, natural interaction and competition are basic characteristics with which we are confronted from a very early age. What happens when none of these characteristics exist?

Interaction and interdependence can lead to elimination and vice versa.
